National Cannabis Industry Association

A more diverse cannabis industry means a more prosperous one. Guided by our Core Values, we strive to lead by example with a focus on DEI among our membership, board of directors, and staff. We aim to foster a more equitable industry where participation and success are possible regardless of the numerous factors that have historically held many people, businesses, and communities back.
